Golden Oriole is more like a romantic tree-house. A stairway leads to the little home, which can accommodate a couple comfortably. It overlooks the pool, and you can walk two-steps to get to the cottage from the pool. 

Paradise Flycatcher

Paradise Flycatcher is a sustainably developed home. It is made with recycled waste and is the newest cottage available. The furnishings are more modern as compared to the others. It has a pitched roof and had one of the most unique looking structures. You can spot rare and beautiful bird species frequenting this cottage, one of which is named after this cottage.

Sunbird Cottage

The Sunbird cottage is suitable enough for a family of 3 to 4 members. It stands on the edge of the paddy fields on ground level with the swimming pool. The very classy and quaint cottage has a four-poster bed, and it is embellished with antique furnishings. There are sit-out chairs laid for you to enjoy the scenic view from the balcony and the paddy fields. 

Hornbill Cottage

Hornbill Cottage is a pretty elegant cottage for a family with 2-3 children. It is built on the edge of the Rock on a slope. It has a King size double bed and loft on the rocks for children to sleep. It has enough room to accommodate a big family. The verandahs are a plus point here that give a very picturesque view of the coconut trees spread in the space. 

Indian Pitta

The Indian Pitta is for your family to tag along. It has twin beds and two extra beds. It has been built with rammed earth. It has a sit-out facility overlooking the lake and fields, a garden in the bathroom and an earthy and cosy ambience.

The activities in the property that you can indulge in include Canoeing/Kayaking, cycling around the alleys, fishing by the river. You could also bird-watch as unique bird species such as Sunbird, Kingfisher, Lapwing, Drungoo often visit the property.

The homestay is located at a distance of 11 kilometres from Panjim, which is a half-an-hour drive from the capital. 

  • The Friday Night Market at Mapusa- is just 8 kilometres away, which is a must-visit. It is one of the best places to shop. 
  • The village is not too far away from the most renowned beaches like Baga and Calangute so you can head here for water sports or just to enjoy the beach.
  • St.Thomas Church and the Goan suspension bridge aren't too far away from the property, and you must visit these serene locations.  
  • Visit Bicholim town to learn some exciting pottery which is just a twenty-minute drive from Olaulim.
