What's Good: We travelled to Bali ,2 senior citizens for a 9day trip ... It was very well planned by Ms Simran .Each and every detail was very well planned,the hotels,the transport etc.. I mus (Read More)t appreciate her patience as we had to keep changing the dates for some personal reasons, we were a bit hesitant abt doing water sports,but she encouraged us and gave us a good package and made our trip memorable at no extra cost ... All my future trips too r going to be booked through them .. Trust is very imp when we travel to new places...
What's Not Good: On day 1 we didn't get well with the driver,and we complained to Simran and she immediately got him replaced .
