The tour manager Neeraj Verma was very much approachable and advise properly the entire itinerary details for a comfortable journey. Really it was a well arranged tour plan. The hotel in Manali was in prime location and the food & hospitality was nice as well.
There is a scope to improve the food quality of the hotel holiday inn in Shimla although the behaviour and hospitality was nice. Moreover the dining hall is not attached to the kitchen

The breathtaking scenery and peaceful surroundings made it a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience. ???️
Our stay at Araliya Green Hills in Nuwara Eliya was excellent, and Moi Ella Bay in Ella was another memorable stay. The pool experience was superb, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the Sri Lankan cuisine, which was yummy and full of authentic flavours. ?❤️
We also loved the Mirissa coastal area and its seafood street food. In Bentota, we enjoyed a premium seafood dining experience, which was excellent. ??️
The beautiful beach views at both Mandara Resort in Mirissa and Cinnamon Bey Beruwala made our holiday even more special. ??
Our driver was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the journey. The Aziz Tours team was flexible and made sure everything went smoothly.

Travel (Read More)ing with seniors can sometimes be challenging regarding pacing and logistics, but Shreya ensured everything was comfortable, accessible, and well-coordinated for them, while still keeping the daily excursions—like visiting the Burj Khalifa, exploring the souks in Old Dubai, and experiencing Global Village—exciting for the rest of the group.

Overall, the accommodations felt quite dated, and I unfortunately cannot recommend the hotel in Kanyakumari. I’d suggest updating the hotel options to properties with newer facilities and better-maintained amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

I liked the way how they have arranged everything on time very punctual
The only feedback I have is regarding the mobile number on my ticket. It was different from my actual number and had only 9 digits. I had a power bank in my luggage, and at the airport, the security team was trying to contact me to unlock my bag so they could remove and destroy it. However, they were calling the wrong number.
Luckily, I happened to hear my name being called while I was boarding (Read More). We then opened my bag over a video call so they could locate and remove the power bank. That moment was quite stressful and caused a lot of panic, especially since we had only 15 minutes left for boarding.

We recently travelled to Dubai and Abu Dhabi with Fly Bird Tourism, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic! Honestly, I was a little hesitant before booking with them, but choosing Fly Bird Tourism turned out to be one of the best decisions we made.
From airport pickup to the final airport drop, everything was h (Read More)andled flawlessly. The entire trip was exceptionally well-organised, with all the schedules, instructions, and activity details shared a day in advance. All our tickets were provided well before time, which made the entire trip smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.
Everything was amazing, from the Marina Dhow Cruise and Burj Khalifa to the Abu Dhabi sightseeing. However, the desert safari was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip! I have experienced desert safaris before, but this one felt truly premium. The experience was well-managed, with fewer people and no overcrowding, making it much more exclusive and enjoyable.
Our Abu Dhabi experience was equally wonderful. The highlight was our hotel stay, where the hotel team upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a stunning sea view. It was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more memorable!
A big thank you to the entire Fly Bird Tourism team for their professionalism, attention to detail, excellent coordination, and for making our family vacation so special.

We had a wonderful Rajasthan trip organised by Sun Voyages, especially thanks to Sanjay, who planned our itinerary very well. We enjoyed every destination and made beautiful memories as a family with our child. Our driver was also polite, well-behaved and helpful throughout the journey.
One of the highlights was the cultural show in Jaisalmer. Although it was the off-season, the performers arra (Read More)nged a wonderful dance and music programme just for us, which made the experience extra special.
We would also like to appreciate Sanjay for handling a situation at our last hotel in Udaipur, where a hotel staff member demanded additional cash. Sanjay managed the situation very well and supported us, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend Sun Voyages, especially Sanjay, to our family and friends.
Our main suggestion is regarding hotel selection. Four of the five hotels were satisfactory, but one hotel could have been in better condition. Although the hotel staff were generally polite and well-behaved, we would appreciate more care being taken to select hotels with better maintenance, cleanliness and facilities. Improving the selection of that particular hotel would have made our overall ex (Read More)perience even better.

One area that could have been improved was the driver's knowledge of the destinations and the overall itinerary. We expected the driver to have a better understanding of the places we were visiting and to provide some basic information and guidance. However, most of the time, we were only dropped off at the locations, and we had to ask questions ourselves. In places like Kanyakumari, Rameswaram an (Read More)d Madurai, the driver was unable to answer many of our questions. Having a knowledgeable driver who could guide us better would have made the experience even more enjoyable. Apart from this, we had a good trip and appreciate the support provided by the 7C Destinations team.

First, the hotel should provide a refrigerator in every room, as it is a basic amenity that many guests expect. The frequent power cuts were also very disappointing, as they happened repeatedly and affected the overall comfort of our stay.
The bigge (Read More)st concern was the jacuzzi. When we filled it with water, hair and different types of insects came out, which clearly showed that it had not been cleaned properly. This was very unhygienic and completely spoiled the experience.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, maintenance, and room facilities. With better attention to these issues, the hotel has the potential to offer a much better experience for its guests.
