1. Valley of Fire State Park

Driving a few miles away from downtown Las Vegas, one will reach the orange land of Valley of Fire. This state park is spread across an area of 40,000 acres, and the name is derived from the colour of Aztec rock, which fills up the region. In the early morning drive through the rocky area, you can see the sun popping behind the orange mountains and illuminating the valley with light. You can take a short hike through the Fire Wave trail, imitating a wave formation, or sit by the Pink Canyon unmarked trail to enjoy the sunrise in Las Vegas

2. Lone  Mountain

For a clear view of Las Vegas city, you need to visit the Lone Mountain Trail and hike the 1-hour path to get a sunrise view with the backdrop of the city. Just a few minutes from downtown Las Vegas, Lone Mountain is an ideal location to spend a quiet time amidst surrounded mountain trails. Parking is free of cost, and pets can make their way through the path too. The path to the peak is covered with wildflowers and is perfect for beginners to hike.

You can book a trip to Southern Nevada Conservancy who supports the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, for a sunrise trip to the area. The timings of scenic drive during sunrise depends on seasons which includes several packages. You can get a glimpse of a morning wildlife routine in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Often confused with the Sunrise Mountain, Frenchman is slightly a challenging trek, but the results will astonish you.
