The Strip, Las Vegas Overview

A supremely iconic feature of Las Vegas, the strip is a 7 km long road just south of the city which is lined with some of the best resort hotels and casinos in the city.

The Las Vegas is the part of the city you see in the movies and the shows, the shot from the sky which shows the world famous city skyline, with various buildings lit up in a spectrum of lights. Hotels along the strip actually include 15 of the world's 25 largest hotels, and some of the most exotic casinos in the world as well. Included in this long list of hotels are the globally sought after Bellagio, the Venetian and the MGM Grand, at the clubs of which some of the best artists in the world can be found performing every single night. A definite must visit for all electronic dance music lovers would be the MGM Grand's Hakkasan, where every weekend the world's biggest DJs like Tiesto, Hardwell, Calvin Harris and Steve Aoki can be found performing. The Strip is also home to a ton of luxury shopping malls and centres, such as the Showcase Mall, The Shoppes at the Palazzo, and the Bonanza Gift Shop, believed to be the biggest gift shop in the world. You can also watch the water fountain show at the Bellagio's fountain area, one of the most famous entertainment activities in the region, and also free of cost.
