Suntec City, Singapore Overview

Suntec City is a commercial hub and shopping complex situated in Marina Centre. It houses a mall (one of the largest), an international exhibition and convention centre, a movie theatre along with a video arcade. Located at the centre of this humdrum is the famous "Fountain of Wealth" - the world's largest fountain.

The main features of the Suntec City are the five towers around the Fountain of Wealth, the fountain itself and the Suntec City Mall. These towers and the Fountain of wealth are designed in a manner to showcase the wealth being in the hands of the city - the towers represent the fingers of a hand holding the fountain.

Fountain Of Wealth

One of the largest fountains in the world, the Fountain of Wealth is considered an icon and landmark of Singapore, symbolising life and wealth while embodying the spirit and vibrancy of Singapore. It is situated in the heart of the Suntec City complex. At certain periods during the day, the main fountain is turned off and a mini-fountain functions from the centre of the fountain's base. At night, there is a grand fountain show with laser performances and lively music.

How to Reach Suntec City

MRT: From Esplanade or Promenade MRT Stations follow the signage to Suntec City. From City Hall Station, take the underpass and walk around 10 minutes to reach the mall.

Bus: Take the bus routes 36, 111, 133A, 70A, 97 A, 106, NRI, 502A, 551, 576, 577, 580 that drop passengers right at the entrance of the Suntec Convention Centre.

Limousine Service: Limousine services are available on request.

Kindly note, to board a taxi from Suntec City Mall, get to the main taxi stand located outside H&M outlet.

Car: There are four routes that visitors can take to reach Suntec City by car. This includes ECP Rochor Road Exit, Nicoll Highway, Raffles Boulevard and Temasek Avenue.
