The iconic green Portuguese building of Museum of Taipa and Coloane History stands tall in the Taipa Village of Macau. The two-storey museum is spread across nine galleries, showcasing excavated relics and artefacts on the first floor. The second floor houses handicrafts and religious objects.

Formerly known as Municipal Council of the Islands, the museum building used to be a public administration building of the government of Portuguese Macau.
