Lung Fu Shan Country Park, Hong Kong Overview

The Lung Fu Shan Country Park is a country park situated in the Central and Western District of Hong Kong. The lush park is touted as the smallest country park in the city, stretching over just 47 hectares. Covering the densely vegetated slopes of Kung Fu Shan, including Pinewood Battery and Pinewood Garden, it is famous amongst morning walkers and picnickers.

The highlight of Lung Fu Shan Country Park is bird watching as it is home to over 115 bird species including the Indian cuckoo and the red-whiskered bulbul, amongst the most eye-catching and rare species in the world. Other wildlife includes porcupines, squirrels and various species of insects.
