1. South Beach, Miami

One of the most known beaches of Miami, South Beach is also known to be a beautiful sunrise  spot in Miami. Being located on the skyline of the Ocean Drive, does more than to help its case. South Beach allows to truly enjoy the sunset with amazing culinary dishes, and recreational activities like parks, so that you can the best view possible!

Cabanas are available for rent
Parking costs $2 at the South Beach, while street parking costs $4
The beach is within walking distance of the Lummus Park and Public Beach, and many other restaurants, shops and more.

2. Bal Harbour Village

Bal Harbour is a beautiful little village in the Miami- Dade county of Florida. Being located at the northern tip of the Miami beach, this is the perfect spot to catch an early sun.  This is definitely one of the most gorgeous spots to view the sun come up, in the peaceful company of the crystal clear water and the white sands. Being a village, this place is also a host to many resorts and hotels, most of them being ocean front so that you can enjoy the view from the comfort of your own room.
Most shops near the beach have parking facilities
Parking fees cost near about $1.50 an hour with a validated ticket, and $5 for the same without a validated ticket.
Visitors with disabilities are welcomed and can access all the amenities on the beach, including some of the water sports

3. Bill Bags Cape Florida State Park

The Bill Baggs State Park is located on the beautiful island of Key Biscayne. This park includes the Cape Florida Light (lighthouse), the oldest structure in Greater Miami. This is precisely where the sun rises, straight out of a movie scene! Experience the breathtaking views of the sun kissing the Atlantic Ocean, along with great food in the nearby cafes. You can also take part in other activities like hiking, camping, biking, lodging, at the park.
Entry fee: $8 per vehicle
Timings: From 8 a.m. to sun down

4. Cradon Park

Crandon Park is a delightful destination, to connect with the outdoors, and especially to watch the sun come up early morning. This beach park also boasts of a sandy beach, a tennis and golf centre, marina, nature centre and more. You can also enjoy activities like canoeing, birdwatching, biking, snorkeling and so much more to do, after you have enjoyed watching the sun.     
Entry is free, walk- in at no charge
Parking Fee between $5- $8 per vehicle, any number of persons allowed
Timings: 7a.m. to 7 p.m., all days of the week
Entry of dogs/ pets is strictly prohibited

5. Haulover Beach Park

Located on a shole between the Atlantic Ocean and the Biscayne Bay, Haulover Park is a is a 177- acre urban park that is known for its beautiful displays when the sun rises and sets. This is a beach park, so you can play in the water, relax on the sands, or enjoy at the park, all options are open. You can also bike, go fishing, skateboard, and even the boat ramps are available at this fun park!

Hours of operation: From sunrise to sunset
Office hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Parking Lot hours: 8 a.m. to 1 hour before sunset
Parking fees: Weekdays- $5 for cars (all lots); $1 additional surcharge for North Lot and Lot #1, $15 for buses/RVs

6. Rusty Pelican Restaurant

If this appeals to you, then the Rusty Pelican, located on the beautiful island of Key Biscayne, is for you. Indulge in great cuisines from around the world as the sun starts rising and giving way to a new day. You can sit by the water, or inside, as both outdoor and indoor dining options are available. 
Timings: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., open all days of the week
Dishes generally cost $30 and under (per dish)
Happy Hour is hosted Monday-Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
