City Hall, Singapore Overview

Declared as one of the national monuments in 1992, City Hall was originally known as the Municipal Building. The City Hall was completed in 1929. Later in 1987, it came to be the Singapore Judiciary. The City Hall has witnessed and hosted some of the most significant events in the history of Singapore. Since 2015, along with the adjacent Old Supreme Court Building, it has been converted into the National Gallery Singapore.
