Frost Magical Ice of Siam, Pattaya Overview
Frost Magical Ice of Siam is a snow and ice theme park where the temperature drops to -10 degrees Celsius inside its main attraction, the Ice Dome, a sharp contrast to Pattaya's tropical heat outside. Spread across 30,000 square metres off Road 36 near the Chonburi-Pattaya intersection, it's a novelty stop best suited to a couple of hours rather than a full day, useful for cooling off with kids between beach visits.
The dome features an Eskimo igloo to explore, ice slopes to slide down on, a drinks and snacks bar for refreshment, and snow figurines and tuk-tuks to pose and take pictures with. Outside the park is the Himmapan Forest - a thematic construction of a jungle painted in stark white to make them appear like ice. Himmapan is a mystical forest from Thai folklore located in the Himalayas and home to many mythical creatures. The snowy forest features several beasts from Hindu and Buddhist mythology, such as a dragon with wings, a winged ghilen, and a flying elephant called Karin Puska.
