Indian citizens travelling to Dubai need to apply for an e-Visa. It is a single-entry tourist visa valid for 30 days from the date of entry. It is generally processed within 3-5 working days and costs around INR 7500 per person. Dubai has a visa on arrival for Indian Citizens who have a valid USA visa, USA green card, UK residence card or EU residence card. It is a single entry visa valid for 14 days and costs around INR 5300 per person.

Dubai also has two types of transit visas for Indian citizens - for 48 hours and 96 hours. You need a confirmed flight ticket to third country to apply for a transit visa.

Dubai Visa Requirements for Indian Citizens - Documents

  • Passport Front & Back: Coloured photocopies of the First and the Last two pages of the Passport. (valid for six months from the date of travel)
  • Photograph: Two colores passport-sized photographs on a white background

30-day Single Entry Dubai visa: AED 330 (approximately INR 7400).
 
60-day Single Entry Dubai visa: AED 650 (approximately INR 14,500).

48 hours Transit Visa: AED 37 (approximately INR 835)

96 hours Transit Visa: AED 180 (approximately INR 4100)

Dubai Visa on Arrival: AED 230 (approximately INR 5250)

Dubai Visa on Arrival for Indian Citizens

Indian citizens with a passport valid for six months can get a visa on arrival in Dubai. It is only applicable for:

  • Indian passport holder with USA visa valid for a minimum of six months
  • Indian passport holder with USA green card valid for a minimum of six months
  • Indian passport holder with UK residence card valid for a minimum of six months
  • Indian passport holder with EU residence card from the following countries valid for a minimum of six months

Dubai Transit Visa for Indians

48-hour Visa: This visa is valid for two days and is ideal for people visiting Dubai for business meetings and long layover periods. It is a single-entry visa and requires you to produce your to-and-fro tickets. The entry validity is 30 days from the date of issue of the Visa.

96-hour Visa: This single-entry visa is valid for travelers who plan to stay in the UAE for fewer than four days. It is an ideal visa for people visiting the country for business meetings and taking stopovers en route on their further journey.
