I planned a South India trip for my parents and family with Own Yatra, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The Officer in Charge, Mr. Sahil, planned the entire itinerary very well, ensuring all the key places were covered smoothly. The driver was polite, professional, and well-behaved throughout the journey. The hotels selected were excellent and comfortable. The overall cost of the (Read More) trip was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. The Innova car was clean and comfortable, which made the long travel hours pleasant. Overall, the one-week trip was well organized and truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Mr. Sahil didn`t leave any corners to complain.

We booked our 4N/5D Ayodhya, Varanasi & Prayagraj trip with Own Yatra and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfectly managed – hotel stay, cab service, and darshan arrangements. Ram Janmabhoomi Darshan in Ayodhya, Ganga Aarti & Kashi Vishwanath in Varanasi, and Triveni Sangam visit in Prayagraj were all smoothly covered without any hassle. Amazing Uttarakhand Trip with Own Yatra! We had a wonderful experience traveling to Uttarakhand with Own Yatra. Trip to Coorg

Worst coordination and miscommunication from own Yatra coordinator. Unpleasant experience. I personally do not recommend Own Yatra.
Trip communication, coordination and management is extremely bad. Not recommended especially for family trips.

Ma’am, your trip was for 1 night and 1 day from Bangalore to Coorg. Within one day, the plan was to cover Coorg as much as possible. You can also check the distance between Bangalore and Coorg. As per (Read More) your request, the taxi driver picked you up early morning around 5:00 AM for Coorg. You had specifically asked for an early morning cab, which was arranged accordingly.

You also requested hotel accommodation with breakfast and dinner, and the same was provided. The next day was your return journey, and I had already informed you that the drop at Bangalore would be by around 7:00 PM, keeping the driver’s duty hours in mind.
However, at around 2:00 PM, you requested to visit Talacauvery, which was not included in your package. I clearly explained to you that to properly cover the entire Coorg and Talacauvery, a minimum of 2 nights stay is required.

Despite this, the driver tried to cover as many places as possible in Coorg within the limited time. Later, the driver informed you that due to time constraints, the Bangalore drop, and the need for rest, it would not be possible to visit Talacauvery.

After availing all the services as per the package, you still posted this review. I would kindly request you to understand that it is not always the travel agent’s fault. All your requirements that were part of the package were fulfilled. Please review the situation fairly and consider where the actual limitation was.
