Day 1 Mysore → Coorg

Morning pickup from Mysore Bus stand / Railway station. Drive to Coorg. Visit Bylakuppe Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery), Kaveri Nisargadhama, and in the evening visit Raja’s Seat. Overnight stay in Coorg.

Visit Dubare Elephant Camp, Abbey Falls, Omkareshwara Temple, Madikeri Fort, and Coffee Plantation. Optional Mandalpatti Jeep Safari (extra cost). Overnight stay in Coorg.

Amazing Uttarakhand Trip with Own Yatra! We had a wonderful experience traveling to Uttarakhand with Own Yatra. Everything was very well planned — from pickup to drop, hotel stays, sightseeing, and smooth transportation. The itinerary covered beautiful places like mountains, temples, and scenic viewpoints, making the trip truly memorable. Trip to Coorg

Worst coordination and miscommunication from own Yatra coordinator. Unpleasant experience. I personally do not recommend Own Yatra.
Trip communication, coordination and management is extremely bad. Not recommended especially for family trips.

Ma’am, your trip was for 1 night and 1 day from Bangalore to Coorg. Within one day, the plan was to cover Coorg as much as possible. You can also check the distance between Bangalore and Coorg. As per (Read More) your request, the taxi driver picked you up early morning around 5:00 AM for Coorg. You had specifically asked for an early morning cab, which was arranged accordingly.

You also requested hotel accommodation with breakfast and dinner, and the same was provided. The next day was your return journey, and I had already informed you that the drop at Bangalore would be by around 7:00 PM, keeping the driver’s duty hours in mind.
However, at around 2:00 PM, you requested to visit Talacauvery, which was not included in your package. I clearly explained to you that to properly cover the entire Coorg and Talacauvery, a minimum of 2 nights stay is required.

Despite this, the driver tried to cover as many places as possible in Coorg within the limited time. Later, the driver informed you that due to time constraints, the Bangalore drop, and the need for rest, it would not be possible to visit Talacauvery.

After availing all the services as per the package, you still posted this review. I would kindly request you to understand that it is not always the travel agent’s fault. All your requirements that were part of the package were fulfilled. Please review the situation fairly and consider where the actual limitation was.

Trip to Ooty (Udhagamandalam)

Ma’am, you had booked a cab-only taxi, and I never told you that the taxi would be available 24 hours in Ooty. Even the driver needs proper rest. The driver’s duty time is generally from 9:00 AM to 5: (Read More)00 or 6:00 PM. It is not possible for the driver to take guests to a liquor shop late at night around 8:00 or 9:00 PM.
Despite this, I refunded your amount, and even after that you have posted this review. As informed by the driver, you were requesting late-night liquor arrangements. I have all the details and payment records related to your taxi booking.
Still, if you faced any inconvenience during the trip, I sincerely apologize for that.

Trip to Sikkim

The trip was awesome well planned and well curated according to my needs. The guy from own yatra was always in touch with me even on Sundays. The itinerary was well planned and almost every thing was covered in 6 night 7 days trip . If I have left something on some days they have adjusted it in the other days also . I would recommend own yatra to every one who need seamless vacation.
The only thing I disliked was that they have booked my hotels but they were not in sync with the hotel staff . I have booked 4 star hotels but the service there was not worth even to 3 stars. I had to face a lot of problem in this thing . So I recommend every one before booking plz check hotel reviews earlier only and tell your agent to change accordingly.
