Your journey begins with a warm welcome at Siliguri Bus Stand / Bagdogra airport / New Jalpaiguri. Enjoy a picturesque drive along the Teesta River, passing lush valleys and Himalayan foothills. Arrive in Gangtok, check in to your hotel, and unwind. In the evening, take a leisurely walk at MG Marg, soaking in the vibrant mountain culture. Overnight Stay: Gangtok.
After an early breakfast, depart for Lachung through dramatic alpine landscapes. En route, witness the cascading Seven Sisters and Naga Waterfalls, followed by a stop at Chungthang, the sacred confluence of rivers. Reach Lachung by evening, check in, and enjoy a cozy dinner amidst snow-capped peaks. Overnight Stay: Lachung.
Start early for a magical excursion to Yumthang Valley, famously known as the Valley of Flowers. Continue further to Zero Point, where snow-covered landscapes stretch endlessly (subject to weather & permits). Return to the hotel by evening and relax in the tranquil Himalayan ambiance. You also requested hotel accommodation with breakfast and dinner, and the same was provided. The next day was your return journey, and I had already informed you that the drop at Bangalore would be by around 7:00 PM, keeping the driver’s duty hours in mind.
However, at around 2:00 PM, you requested to visit Talacauvery, which was not included in your package. I clearly explained to you that to properly cover the entire Coorg and Talacauvery, a minimum of 2 nights stay is required.
Despite this, the driver tried to cover as many places as possible in Coorg within the limited time. Later, the driver informed you that due to time constraints, the Bangalore drop, and the need for rest, it would not be possible to visit Talacauvery.
After availing all the services as per the package, you still posted this review. I would kindly request you to understand that it is not always the travel agent’s fault. All your requirements that were part of the package were fulfilled. Please review the situation fairly and consider where the actual limitation was.

Despite this, I refunded your amount, and even after that you have posted this review. As informed by the driver, you were requesting late-night liquor arrangements. I have all the details and payment records related to your taxi booking.
