Chembra Peak is one of the good destination for photographers ,road to peak is one hell. Not at all preferred for bikers .And worst part is its timings neither you can see sunrise nor sunset. You can enjoy the walk through plantations to reach out peak point..
Kuruva dweep is best for family outing there is nothing much interesting since it takes your whole day event. If you love playing in water go for it.Entry fees 80 Rs for adults.Food in nearby hotels is very tasty and affordable. Try out river fish and don't miss bamboo rice payasam...
They say you need to drive deep to see the actual nature that's what it is.Well maintained ,less dangerous and actually it's easy to stand below waterfalls and experience the peace...No doubt you need lot of energy when you are coming back from that place..It will take half a day of your plan.Make sure you keep it for noon.
Edakkal caves is my all time fav.Its little hectic since you need to walk/climb around 600-700 m from parking area to ticket counter. So keep your energy high and keep it for early morning after heavy breakfast.Don't forget to enjoy while climbing because its not about destination but its all about how u reach it.
Hills,Dead ends,Hair pin curves,Peak points,Forest ride,Plantations,Waterfalls, Caves,Islands,History above all Nature at reachable hand is what Wayanad is all about.I prefer it to be one of the best biker destination when you think of Kerala ..

I have heard Wayanad is very beautiful. Which season should I go in to have the best experience?
Wayanad is a perfect tour at any time of the year. But taking our convenience into consideration, monsoon season will be best with not too sunny and without much rainfall. So September to February will be convenient time to visit Wayanad. If possible plan for a road trip to maximise your fun. :)
