Situated amongst sky-scrapping hills, Wayanad is a must visit for any mountain lover. I visited Wayanad in the month of March when the weather was extremely pleasant. The place favours those who want (Read More) to unwind and just enjoy the landscape after a taxing week. My friends and I decided to do night camping at Black Eagles Camp which I would recommend to all and sundry. As hills have very limited offerings for tourist attractions, the point of visiting Wayanad rests in enjoying nature in the from of morning treks, afternoon souvenir shopping, and evening bonfires. One can also undertake activities like bamboo rafting and zip lining, which even though are not the best out there, prove a fun way to spend time with your dear ones.

- I didn't like the caves so much honestly, but the resorts in Wayanad are pretty good. Go there when you're looking to relax at a resort.

Edakkal caves is my all time fav.Its little hectic since you need to walk/climb around 600-700 m from parking area to ticket counter.So keep your energy high and keep it for early morning after heavy (Read More) breakfast.Don't forget to enjoy while climbing because its not about destination but its all about how u reach it.

Wayanad is a perfect tour at any time of the year. But taking our convenience into consideration, monsoon season will be best with not too sunny and without much rainfall. So September to February wi (Read More)ll be convenient time to visit Wayanad.
