Route 1 : Via NH 42

Take NSC Bose road to Chennai-Thiruttani-Renigunta Highway/Grand Northern Trunk Road/Wall Tax Road. From here drive to NH 16, Tirupati Road, Satyavedu Road, NH 716, and Daroji Kamlapura Road leading to Krishnapura. At last, take River Road which will get you to Hampi. Note that this route has tolls.

Route 2 : Via NH 48

This is a longer route and also has tolls. You need to take the NSC Bose Road, Tiru Narayana Guru Road and EVK Sampath Road to Chennai- Villupuram- Trichy- Kanyakumari Road. Keep following NH 48 to Pallikonda and then SH 127 and Palamaner Road. After this, get on to NH 206 and SH 5 in Chintamani and continue to drive until reaching Yalagalahalli. From here, turn right to Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway/ Srinagar/Kanyakumari Highway, i.e. NH 44 and then take NH 67 in Karnataka. Continue driving until you get on to SH 29, Daroji-Kamplapura Road and SH 131 to get to your destination.
