Dubai Frame, Dubai Overview

The Dubai Frame is the world's largest frame structure inspired by the logo of the World Expo 2020, located in Zabeel Park. The major highlights are the galleries holding audiovisual representations and projections ranging right from the city's origin to the future scape and the glass bridge walkway. From Deira’s Old Town to the Dubai Marina, one can witness a panoramic view of old and new Dubai through the frame.

It is flanked by two high-rise towers that go up to 150 meters and are connected by a Sky Deck. If observed closely, the frame acts as a bridge between Dubai's past and present overlooking two perspectives - the old districts of Dubai from the North and the modern cityscape looking South. Engineered with splendid architecture, the sky deck is made with a walk-over, crack-proof, crystal-clear glass panel that turns from haze to clear glass once stepped on. The frame bears different levels with various attractions like the Old Dubai Gallery and a piece of modern art at the Mezzanine level; the present Dubai gallery at the sky deck offering exhilarating city views, and finally, the future Dubai gallery with multimedia illustrations unveiling the city in the near future.

Ticket prices for the Dubai Frame are fairly more economical than other Dubai attractions.

Entry per adult for the Dubai Frame costs AED 50.
The cost per ticket for children between 3 to 12 years of age is AED 20.
Entry for disabled along with 2 companions of free.
The entrance for infants does not incur any charges too.

The Dubai Frame holds magnetic conceptions with different galleries through the attraction.

At the Mezzanine level lies a splendid architectural representation of Dubai, that of the National Bird. It is a piece of the wings of the Falcon.
A walk through the Vortex tunnel into Dubai's future giving insights into architectural plans of turning the city into a virtual metropolis with the aid of brilliant architects and continuous evolution is a visual treat. It displays a multimedia vision of Dubai envisaging Dubai 50 years from now.
Of course one gets to witness several vistas from the sky deck which include views of Bur Dubai, Karama, Dubai Creek, Burj Khalifa, Emirates tower, Trade center, Downtown Dubai and more.
The frame also has a souvenir shop selling frames, mugs, and keychains of the frame for keepsakes.

Things to Know Before Visiting The Dubai Frame

Before Visiting the frame, keeps these things in mind.

Photography is strictly prohibited in both the galleries of the frame. Otherwise one can capture other zones of the frame.
Luggage is not permitted inside the frame. But for the visitor's convenience, there are lockers at the frame to deposit your luggage.
Parents will need to leave behind the toddler strollers and carry around their children as they are not allowed to take them inside.
The frame permits 200 visitors into the team at once only. So it is recommended to arrive early as you may want to get your tickets soon so that you don't have to wait.
Individual tours allow only a maximum of 20 people at once.
