Nandi Hills, Bangalore Overview

Trekking
Nandi Hills is a famous trekking spot. There are several trek routes, through the Nandi hill, to suit the ability and strength of different kinds of trekkers, from beginners to experts. There is a simple rustic way up the hills for beginners. For mid-level trekkers, there is a steep trek up the Channarayana Hills. This is a strenuous route. For the extreme enthusiasts, there is a multi-terrain trek circuit through grasslands, rivers, rocky ways and paved roads.

Paragliding
One of the few places in the state, where one finds paragliding facilities. Paraglide over these hills and valleys, for some of the most memorable experiences here.

Cycling/Biking
Given the landscape, terrain and the tantalizing altitude, one can have one of the most enjoyable cycling or biking experience at these hills.

How To Reach Nandi Hills

Nandi Hills can easily be accessed by road. Take a deviation on the left of the Bangalore-Bellary road once you reach the Devanahalli cross, situated on the 36th milestone. From here, travel 11 kilometres to reach Nandi cross. The base of the hill is located 3 kilometres from here. The top of the hill is located 8 kilometres from the foot of the hill.
