Like most cities, Dallas experiences sunrise at different times during the different seasons, despite having less pronounced seasons. Depending on when you are in the city, you would need to wake up slightly earlier or later in the morning to watch the sunrise, and different views would welcome you.
Sunrise in Summers: Summers in Dallas tend to last between June and September, with July being the hottest month. If you are in the city during these months, you would need to be up between 6:00 am and 7:00 am to be able to catch a glimpse of the sunrise. It gets quite humid in the summers, though the mornings may be better than the afternoons, so being out and about early morning may not be as unbearable.

Sunrise in Spring: Springtime brings about milder weather in Dallas and it is perhaps one of the best times during the year to wake up early and watch the sunrise. The city experiences spring between March and June and you would find the sun rising between 6:30 am and 7:30 am. You would see that there flowers growing around everywhere, and it would be a good idea to walk around once you’re done watching the sunrise.

Sunrise in Autumn: Just like springtime, autumn too experiences mild weather; if you are interested in going out to catch the sunrise, make sure to be out the door between 7:30 am and 8:00 am. As it gets closer to the winter months, the sun rises slightly later and you could take advantage of the blooming flowers and the greenery to take a walk in a park after catching a glimpse of the sunrise.

Sunrise in Winters: During the winter months, you would find the sun rising anytime between 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Dallas does not get as cold during these months as some other cities in the United States, so early mornings would be slightly more tolerable if you go out to watch the sun come up. However, make sure to put on some warm clothes if you venture out into the city, but you could always go out onto a balcony to see the sun rise.
