Gurudwara Sahib, Shimla Overview
Gurudwara Sahib Chail, established in 1907 by Maharaja Bhupinder Singh of Patiala, is a Sikh shrine in Chail, Himachal Pradesh. The structure resembles a church with its Indo-Western architectural style, featuring a distinctive 22-foot-high wooden roof, and sits about 200 meters from the Chail bus stand, reachable via a steep path from the Chail post office. After independence, the Himachal Pradesh government took over its upkeep, and it's now managed jointly with the Chail Heritage Foundation and the SGPC.
