Structure and Architecture of Malacca Straights Mosque

Melaka Straits Mosque has been beautifully built showcasing a blend of Maly and Middle Eastern craftsmanship. The corner turrets are crowned in a Malaysian style while the chief dome is influenced by Middle Eastern architecture. Islamic motifs adorn the facade of the mosque with stained glass panes. Four small domes are present in the corner with a sizeable prayer room accommodating 1500 people at once.
