Krabi Elephant Sanctuary, Krabi Overview

A safe haven for retired elephants, it lets one learn about the elephants and their behaviour, play with them in mud, feed them and even bathe them. Half day Morning Visit
Itinerary
- The pick up from the hotel is at 7:00 AM. Upon arrival at the destination, the keepers at the Sanctuary provides the traditional clothing items.
- From 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, one will get to learn about the elephants and participate in their routines by preparing food for them and also take part in the feeding process. During this time, the keepers share stories of the various elephants at the Sanctuary. One can get up close and personal with these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat and capture the unforgettable moments through the lens of your camera.
- From 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, one get to enjoy a stroll with the elephants to the nearby river. One can bathe the elephants at the river for a life-enhancing experience.
- At 11:00 AM, snacks and beverages are served. At noon, the shuttle service drops the guests at their accommodation.

Itinerary
- At 1:00 PM, one will be picked up from the hotel and it takes approximately an hour to reach the Sanctuary. After arrival, one gets a change of clothes and the keepers inform about the activities. Learn about the elephants and their journey to this recreation center and prepare fruits for feeding them.
- From 3:00 PM, one can interact with the elephants, play, feed them fruits like bananas and click pictures with them.
- At 4:00 PM, walk through the jungle with the elephants to the closest river. Enjoy the sight of elephants playing in the water while bathing them.
- At 5:00 PM, return to the Sanctuary and indulge in snacks and beverages before parting ways with these incredible animals. At the end of the visit, the shuttle service will drop one back at the accommodation.
