Coral Cove Beach is a beautiful beach in southern Koh Samui with reddish sand and clear, deep waters for the ideal day of swimming and relaxation. It is the ideal location for travelers who like their privacy. With only two accommodation options, Coral Cove beach is a quiet spot for families and couples. On either end of Coral Cove Beach are rock formations that cordon it off from other beaches.
But for those who’d like to enjoy the nightlife, Chaweng Beach’s bars are just ten minutes away. Approximately 200 meters (650 feet) in length, unlike its larger neighbors, the beach lives up to its name, which means ‘bay with corals’.

Swimming: The waters are clean and warm like the rest of Koh Samui. Just 10 metres (30 feet) from the shore are deep waters ideal for confident swimmers. Families with children should keep an eye out as the depth might be too much for kids.
Snorkelling: The clear waters are perfect for snorkelling where one gets to see coral and schools of tropical fish along Coral Cove Beach’s coast. The rock formations on each end are also great for open air rock climbing.

One can easily get taxis from the airport to Coral Cove Beach. A taxi would charge around THB 550. There are shared vans that cross Coral Cove on the way to Lamai Beach which will cost around THB 150.
