If one books through the massive travel apps, the drill is familiar: long wait times on customer care calls, explaining the problem to a different executive or manager every single time, and waiting hours for a resolution. Often, one doesn't even bother reporting small issues because the customer support system is too time-consuming. My experience with Superfox was completely different. There was a 1-to-1 personal relationship and instant resolutions.
