Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Guwahati to Manas (131 km, 3 hr 15 min)

Meet & Greet by our Guwahati Airport / Railway Station representative will directly proceed towards the Manas National Park. Visit the Tribal Village. Overnight stay at the Resort.

Early in the morning at 5 am, we will go for an elephant safari at the Manas National Park. Visit the Bhutan Border, return to Guwahati, and later visit the Ropeway over River Brahmaputra and Umananda Temple, on the small island of river Brahmaputra & ( if time permits) in the evening, we will proceed for Brahmaputra River Cruise. Overnight at the Hotel.

Early at 5:00 am, visit the Shakti Peeth Maa Kamakhya Temple. Later, proceed to Kaziranga National Park. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a cultural program at the Orchid Garden. Overnight stay at the hotel.
In the morning at 5:00 am, participate in an elephant safari for 2 hours, followed by a jeep safari. Afterward, proceed towards Majuli River Island. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and enjoy local dishes in the evening. Overnight stay at Majuli.
Spend the full day exploring Majuli. Begin with a visit to Garmur, a traditional spiritual site. Then, visit Kamalabari Satra, which carries cultural and religious significance. Continue to Auniati, where Assamese jewelry and handcrafted items are exhibited. Later, visit Dakhinpat Satra, a famous ancient site where devotees celebrate the Rasotsava festival annually. Finally, visit Tengapania, located near the Brahmaputra River. This magnificent structure is a popular picnic spot for tourists near Majuli.
After breakfast, proceed towards Guwahati. On arrival, stop at the Tirupati Balaji Temple for devotional time. Then, continue driving towards Guwahati Airport for departure.

Very poor experience

What's Good: Driver was helpful and honest.
What's Not Good: Very Poor experience. Agent Sanjana Chakraborty from Asian Holidays had no idea of the locations. She did not communicate (Read More)hotel addresses to driver. We kept spending hours in searching our stay at each location. Driver was also not knowing view points and was asking locals or searching google. Agent Sanjana committed multiple features while booking but did not meet most of them. She was not aware that Guwahati Ropeway does not operate on Thursday and checked on last day. Maa Kamakhya temple VIP pass was also not arranged by her.

What's Good: I had a trip recently to Thailand alongwirh my family through Asian Holidays and expedition. We had a wonderful time. The itinerary was well planned. Transportation arranged was ve (Read More)ry good. Accommodation was also good. The agency has taken care in making our stay safe n comfortable because wherever we were we felt comfortable and secure.Overall experience was good with the tour Agency.
What's Not Good: However, the hotel given in Krabi I.e. Ayodhyaya hotel is not upto the mark . The hotel felt eerie and not welcoming. And the package price is slightly on the higher side.

Three cheers to Asian holidays Guwahati for arranging a memorable trip to Arunachal Pradesh for 7 days. The coordination done by sanjana indeed is commendable from day one till the end of the trip. St (Read More)arting from Airport pick up till drop everything was done meticulously each and every hotels were briefed about our liking of the room. Specially thre car and the driver Bipul bodo is fantastic, unfortunately it was heavily raining and we faced lots of land slides water logging and road diversions but Bipul made it a point to drop us at the airport on time.
