Day 1 Guwahati Airport / Guwahati Railway station Arrival to Shillong - Guwahati Arrival and transfer to Shillong and Local Sightseeing - Stay at Shillong

Welcome to Awesome Assam. Meet and be assisted by our representative at the airport/Railway Station. Proceed to Shillong, also called 'Scotland of the East". Reach the majestic Umium Lake (Barapani). You may do the water sports here (Optional). On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Later go for Shillong local sightseeing includes – Ward’s lake, Lady Haydari Park, Don Bosco Museum, Indian Air force Museum, Butterfly Museum, Elephant falls & Shillong peak. Evening you can visit Police Bazaar which the biggest local market. Overnight stay in Shillong

After breakfast, transfer to Cherrapunjee. Then visit to Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), Mawsmai Cave, Thangkharang Park. Evening transfer to the hotel Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee

After breakfast transfer to Cherrapunjee. Then Visit Double Decker Root Bridge and rainbow falls. Evening return to return to the hotel Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee

After breakfast visit Mawlynnong Village the cleanest village in India. This cute and colourful little village is known for its cleanliness. It is situated 90 kms. From Shillong and besides the picturesque village, offers many interesting sights such as the Living Root Bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. later Visit Dawki, It is along the Indo-Bangladesh border. You can enjoy boating in the crystal clear waters of the Umgnot River. Evening we will return back to Shillong. Overnight in Shillong

After breakfast proceed to Laitlum Canyons for some breathtaking views. Then visit Krang Suri Falls and Phe Phe Falls. It is one of the best waterfalls in Meghalaya. You can also swim in a naturally formed pool here. You can also go behind the waterfall and see the water falling in front of you. After Lunch return back to Shillong. Overnight at Shillong

After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Guwahati. Later as time permits we may take a tour of the Kamakhya Temple and other Temples in Guwahati namely Purva Tirupati Shri Balaji Temple, Sukreswar Temple, Navagraha Temple, Umananda Temple at the Peacock Island which is the smallest inhabited River Island in the World, Assam State Museum, DighaliPukhuri (Lake), State Zoo cum Botanical Garden, Planetarium and the Assam State Emporiums. Later Proceed to the hotel and complete check in. Overnight in the Guwahati

Approx Distance: 25 Km • Est. Travel Time: 40 mins Post breakfast check out from the hotel and take transfer to the Guwahati Airport / Guwahati Railway station for your onward journey.

Cancellations made more than [30 Days] before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of [50%] of the total booking cost.

Cancellations made [15 to 30 days] before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of [75%] of the total booking cost. Cancellations made less than [15 days] before the departure date are non-refundable.

the driver as best. He had accompanied very ell. He knew his limits and adjusted (Read More) very ell to our likes and changes in the plans. Very Supportive staffs from hill dheko.
The hospitality at La Castle hotel as bad. The manager Mr. Sharma's attitude wa (Read More)s not at all approachable. The way he spoke changed entirely once we refused to have dinner from the hotel. and even the rooms smelt bad. first day we were allotted good room which was actually promised. The second day the room as cramped and also the both the days the washroom stink a lot and on the second day the washroom as very small. And the worst part was they charged us for the food in the morning although it was said that it would be complimentary. just 1 plate extra, he charged us. Overall at La Castle , we were disappointed. Please dont here after provide La Castle as option.

Trip has been planeed well.. itinerary has also been chosen in a well organised (Read More)manner. The trip coordinator like mina ji ans rajendra balmiki were so cooperative and they have taken care all the things in very well manner. Delighted to have a trip with them..
1 resort 100waterfall camp was not so good and the food served there was worst a (Read More)nd service was also pathetically bad.. so avoid booking this property.. otherwise all are good and polo tower was excellent. Smokey mae fi was also good.. So travelleasy chosen the best for us. And we are looking forward to book with them again for our arunachal trip
