Rumi was the person I contacted, and she was with us throughout the trip, always available whenever we needed assistance. She created a WhatsApp group including me, my husband, herself, and our driver, which made communication very easy and ensured that each day went smoothly without any issues. This was one of the best arrangements any travel agency could provide. We were also fortunate to have Montu as our driver.
