Our trip to Tawang and Dirang with Assam Adventure was truly an unforgettable experience. A special thanks to Aditi Majumdar, who meticulously curated the entire itinerary and provided exceptional support throughout the journey. From planning to execution, she was always available, ensuring everything went smoothly and making us feel completely at ease. The stay at Monk-Hem, Tawang was one of the (Read More) highlights of our trip. The hospitality, comfort, breathtaking views, and overall experience made it feel like a home away from home. It added a very special touch to our memories of Tawang. A heartfelt appreciation also goes to our driver, Dhiraj Kumar. Navigating the challenging mountain roads of Arunachal Pradesh requires immense skill and patience, and Dhiraj handled every situation with professionalism and confidence. His safe driving, local knowledge, and supportive nature made our journey comfortable and enjoyable, even in difficult road conditions. Very excellent arrangements by the Assam Adventures. Less Price more Comfort and very safe Package. We are 60 yrs. But the driver Baharul was too kind, Affectionate came along with us to all the spots, Taken care of our Safety first and treated us like his own family members. Thanks to madam Addithi who made wonderful arrangements within a span of TWO days. Wish people could avail this Assam Adven (Read More)ture Tourism and experience the wonders. We recently traveled with Assam Adventures, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we reached Assam, there was almost no coordination from the agency’s side. We were the ones constantly calling and asking about basic trip details like the Kaziranga safari. Even for safari bookings, they tried charging us more than the actual price. The biggest issue was the (Read More) itinerary. Many major places mentioned in the package — including Dawki, Mawlynnong village, and the living root bridge — were never covered. The driver barely took us to even 50% of the places promised in the itinerary. Till the last day, we were given false hope that Dawki would happen instead of being told honestly that it was not possible. Our entire day got wasted because of this lack of transparency. We completely understand that weather, road conditions, or climate issues can affect travel plans. But the agency should communicate honestly in advance instead of misleading travelers. At one point, when we insisted on visiting the places included in the itinerary, the driver even told us that if something happened to the car, we would be responsible. That was very unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially since we were three girls traveling together. What was even more shocking was the complete lack of follow-up or concern for customer safety. There was no proper coordination during the trip, and after we returned home, there was not even a single call or message asking for feedback or checking if we reached safely. The agency simply handed us over to a driver and disappeared. Honestly, there was no benefit of booking through a travel agency because we could have planned the trip ourselves with better clarity and communication. Very disappointing experience overall.

The trip was amazing. We enjoyed a lot. The arrangement done by you was very thoughtful. The driver was experienced and well-mannered. First day and last day were quite tiring for us as the journey was too long. Instead, we could have stayed somewhere in middle. The places we visited were mesmerizing and the snowfall added magic to our trip. The hotels were good and well-maintained except the (Read More)last one. Hotel Rituraj in Guwahati was unhygienic and the stay there was uncomfortable for us. Although food was good but everything else was not up to mark. Also, there was confusion in the names of hotel but still the hotel where we stayed was good. All in all, the trip was an amazing experience and we hope to visit once again in the future.
