Mahanakhon Skywalk, Bangkok Overview
A glass-floored observation deck on one of Bangkok’s tallest buildings offering panoramic city views. Sunset slots are the most popular and tend to get crowded.
This spot is perfect for adrenaline junkies, and there’s also a photo-taking area that offers an all-around view of the city of Bangkok.

Getting to Mahanakhon Skywalk:
The tower is a 15 minute car ride away from the centre of Bangkok, through the Si Rat Expressway.
If you’re travelling via bus, you should get down at the Soi Phat Pong stop. The tower is a 12 minute walk from there.

- Food Package at THB 946: includes one SkyWalk ticket and a THB 200 cash card for use at either the Eatery (last order at 9 PM), or the Thai Taste Hub (last order at 7:30 PM).
- Fun Package at THB 946: includes one SkyWalk ticket and two SkyRide coupons. SkyRides are open till 9.30 PM.
- Souvenir Package at THB 946: includes one SkyWalk ticket and one Mahanakhon tote bag. The tote bag must be redeemed by 9.30 PM.
- Memory Package at THB 946: includes one SkyWalk ticket and a photo album. Photos for the album must be clocked by 9.30 PM.
Rides at Mahanakhon Skywalk
The first floor of King Power Mahanakhon Tower offers an immersive virtual reality experience with its SkyRides. The experience takes you through obstacles in a city or mountain scenery. One ride costs THB 250 per person.
Observatory at Mahanakhon Skywalk
The observatory on the 74th floor of the tower offers panoramic views of the city of Bangkok from within the building. There are interactive tablets that show visitors various sights around the city.
The SkyBeach
The King Power Mahanakhon tower is home to the highest rooftop bar in Bangkok, the SkyBeach. The bar is open from 10 am to midnight, offering a wide range of cocktails, and there’s a live DJ as well. Guests entering before 7 pm have to buy a THB 880 ticket, while guests entering after 7 pm must pay a THB 500 cover charge. SkyBeach guests can also access the SkyWalk after its 7 pm closing time and experience the lights of Bangkok.
