Nestled away in the corner of Hollister street and Sunset Ave. is the Tijuana River Valley Community Garden located within the Tijuana River Valley Regional Park. Providing about 210 plots for community gardening, the garden is also famous for educational classes and demonstrations conducted for promoting the residents to grow their own veggies and fruits.

The garden has been a resounding success with a long waiting period to get a plot. Walking around the garden, you’ll find people from all walks of life and various types of veggies grown including Laotian Cucumbers, Heirloom Tomatoes, etc. The garden is open throughout the week for visitation.
