The road condition is pretty much decent except for some patches of the entire stretch. The highway close to Andhra Pradesh - Orissa Border is the most affected and has enormous potholes. Also, the courses via hamlets in Orissa, Maharashtra, Andhra, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu are completely unpaved or have a lot of potholes.
