Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum, Nagasaki Overview
The account of what happened and what followed, told largely through objects: a clock stopped at 11:02, a helmet with the skull still inside, a melted rosary. Admission is 200 yen and high school students and younger now go free. One thing to plan around: the permanent exhibition is being renewed in stages from September 2026 to March 2027, with sections closing in rotation.
