Air: Mandwa is a small village with no airport. Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport serves as the nearest airport to the village. From airport you can hire a cab to reach your destination covering a distance of 140 kms. Taking a ferry or catarmaran ride is a convenient option although.
Rail: Pen serves as the nearest railway station to Mandwa lying on Mumbai-Goa Highway. It is situated 85 kms away. From Pen, you can reach the beach from Mumbai and Panvel via railways.
Road: To reach Mandwa by road, one has to take Mumbai-Goa highway to reach Wadhkal via Pen. Take a right from the fork further towards beach. You may also reach the beach from Pune via Lonavala or Mulshi.
Sea: The most convenient way to reach Mandwa is by Ferry or catarmaran ride. The ferry connects Gateway of Mumbai, Mumbai to Mandwa throughout the year except during monsoon season. The service is available on daily basis from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
