Of course, the Casinos in Las Vegas are world-class, but the vibrant landscapes in Nevada are equally breathtaking. The renowned Prime Ribs of the Silver State is also not to be missed along with the Shrimp cocktails that are widely famous among both locals and tourists. Madame Tussaud‚??s Wax Museum is another unavoidable world-class experience.

What's Not So Great?

Being a desert state, Nevada is famous for its scorching heat and dry summers. With temperatures rising above 50 C in some areas, it‚??s best to avoid the outdoors in Nevada from June through September. Often excessive heat warnings are issued by weather experts during this time of the year.

Nevada is tailor-made for thrill-seekers and naturalists. The Silver State makes an ideal destination for backpackers ready to wander into a paradox of mountains and canyons, lakes, and deserts.
