Old House of Tan Ky, Hoi An Overview
Located in Hoi An's ancient Old Quarter, the Tan Ky House is an unrestored five-generation family home of a wealthy merchant in the late 1890s. Built around open courtyards, it displays exceptionally preserved Japanese and Chinese architecture, homeware from 200 years ago, and remnants of equipment used in erstwhile agricultural trade. Guided tours are available.
