Children's Aquarium at Fair Park, Dallas Overview
Founded during the Texas Centennial Exposition held in 1936 the Children's Aquarium at Fair Park is a popular tourist attraction in Dallas.
The exhibits in the Aquarium are designed to be children friendly with eye level displays. The Aquarium is divided into six zones - freshwater, intertidal, coastal, shore, near shore and offshore having crocodiles, jellyfish, crabs, lobsters, batfish and stingrays respectively. It also hosts events like birthday parties, evening parties, talks, workshops, field trips and summer camps. It also has a provision where the guests can feed the aquatic life.
