The worst management ever i have seen in my life . Charging so much high amount and no discount at all . I personally recommend don't book your trip with the (Magic Trip India). They take the amount f (Read More)irst and then also say us to pay the amount at the hotel . Worst management.

Recently booked Kashmir trip. Not well planned and not informed about the change in hotels plus lot of confusion between the team itself. Also as a professional I would recommend you guys to tell clie (Read More)nts before hand that you guys will be on leave and give us another alternative.

Kashmir Ramban cloud burst and Pahalgam attack. This experience was so bad that at this crucial situation we were left in Srinagar by Magic trip without making any other arrangements or Plan B to drop (Read More) us at Jammu. I would recommed to clear the thing at first through mail confirmation don't keep anything on WhatsApp they will make you fool or else. We recently booked Kashmir trip with them overall experience was fine(In terms of hotel) but got disappointed at the the moment when we paid them 50% Advance and rest amount was alredy taken from us at checkout time at evey hotel and we were at the trip when Ramban cloud burst and Pahalgam attack happened. They committed Pickup and drop at Jammu but because Ramban route got blocked and we have to go through Mughal road and driver asked us for 20k extra which was not expected because we already booked the package. At that time they just deduct certain amount from out package and said it's not possible for them to drop us at Jammu and they even took rest payment at the last hotel checkout and told if you won't pay the amout we won't let you checkout from hotel.
