OUR TRIP WAS VERY WONDERFUL, DRIVER ( MR. JOGINDER SINGH)WAS VERY GOOD AND KNOWN TO ALL ROUTE. HE HAD NO USE ANY ALCOHOL OR SMOKING. ALSO NOT DEMANDING ANY OTHER FACILITY LIKE EXTRA MONEY FOOD TEA . HE WAS VERY GENTLEMAN.
ONLY DISLIKE THE LOCATION BY DISTANCE THE HOTEL WHERE THE BOOKING WAS, IT SHOULD BE NEAR LAKE OR MALL ROAD BUT ROOM WAS BOOKED APROX 14-15 KM FROM NAINITAL TO BHOWALI. HOTEL SERVICE FOOD ALL WAS VERY NICE BUT ONLY DISTANCE WAS NOT GOOD.

The driver was informative and tour operator was in touch regularly... Needs to really work on consolidation and charges ..expecially when I found that there were good clean hotels of similar compsets....as well as branded hotels with very affordable rates..
Should hold to your itinerary as promised in terms of transportation... During booking if a train ticket is being promised...should adhere to it ..if cannot then it is the tour operator cost to do a service recovery rather than the clients expense .. Accommodation: The Hotel which was booked looked like a cheap lodge to me ..which the rooms were smelly and to my surprise saw free moving rats (Read More)in the restaurant which is a real cause of concern in terms of hygiene and pest control ...when informed the receptionist...was really surprised to get an answer saying that this is open area and you can expect such pest

View from the room and places we visited.
Taxi service: Driver was not good. Too talkative, childish behaviour and taunting my wife My wife said: "Bhaia gadi dheere/dhyan se chalao" He drove a bit and later asked in a taunting way - "muje gadi chalani ati hai na madam?" Always trying to eat with us everywhere instead of spending his own money and eating seperately. The weird part is that Magic Trip did not have any direct conn (Read More)ection with the driver. After speaking with the executive in Magic Trip India, I got a call from someone and he said that he will get us a booking which means the person with whom Magic trip booked the taxi also used a 3rd party vendor app to arrange our taxi..... Driver got the booking on an application These people do not even know whith whom they are booking the taxi for their customers. Hotel: Kitchen service was not good.......too many communication errors between the staff and the cook The road to hotel from the main road is Rough, bumpy , damaged, pothole-filled, poorly maintained, and uneven road Room amenities were not provided like everyday water bottle, cleaning service as and when the requirement. Food options in breakfast were limited to 2 or 3 only.....if they are giving boiled eggs then they will not provide omelet Sandwiches were also chargeable and no Fruits in breakfast or juices After spending so much I think its not at all value for money....

The magic tours persons are approachable and help you a lot in fixing up things but they are not familiar with hotels in Gujarat hence they did not know about the accommodations in Ahmedabad only others were all good . But they are helpful in rebooking and changing tickets as per your needs . Overall I liked them and continue to talk to them
