Masca Walk, Tenerife Overview

Masca is located on a rocky plateau in the Teno mountains and can be accessed by nerve jangling roads. The main highlights of this place is a small museum and the adventurous hike.

Masca Valley is a beautiful area in the western part of Tenerife in the Canary islands. Named after a tiny village, Masca is a popular tourist spot and a lot of people participate in the Masca walk. It is a 4.5 km walk through the Masca gorge that connects the village to the sea. Most visitors take a one way walk from the village to the sea and then they take a boat to Los Gigantes. Vertical cliffs and volcanoes make the landscape spectacular.
