The Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park is a memorial to the 32nd President of the United States, Franklin D. Roosevelt. It is a triangular tip at the southernmost end of Roosevelt Island in the East River between Manhattan Island and Queens in New York City.
The Franklin D. Roosevelt Park in New York provides one of the best views of Midtown Manhattan and the NYC skyline. The entire length of the park is lined with double rows of trees, making the park lush. Towards the south of the park, visitors can get a clear view of the United Nations Headquarters. The park also has the Queensboro Bridge, spanning the East River. The memorial has open-air spaces and Roosevelt’s Four Freedoms speech is carved on the walls of this open-air park. It also has a bust of Franklin D. Roosevelt.
