Matsumoto Timepiece Museum, Matsumoto Overview
A collection of some 300 clocks and watches, most of them still running, behind a facade carrying what is claimed to be the largest pendulum clock in Japan. It sits on Nawate-dori, so it costs you nothing in walking to add it, and it is a small, specific oddity of the kind this town does well. Closed Mondays.
