Sakleshpur is a very good place to visit any time of year, though I would recommend for November / December. I have been there twice once in December and once during rains in July. Good beach. Clear waters. Not that clean(3/5 for cleanliness).

This temple is actually very big. Again, a cluster of small temples with one central shiva temple and you can climb up the stairs to go to muths.

Well, not a miniature fortress but a very small tower. This place is very close to Tannirbhavi beach where one can opt for a ferry ride to the beach. The beach is actually quite beautiful and very st (Read More)range that holidify doesn't mention it.

Good for family outings and situated at Mangalore outskirts. Has everything right from small water park, zoo, a place for boating, science centre, aquariums.
