Chandrika Devi Temple, Lucknow Overview
Chandrika Devi Temple, situated in Aashiyana, is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Chandi. Adorning three heads, Chandrika Devi is said to be a combined manifestation of the goddesses Kali, Lakshmi, and Saraswati. The premises also have a pond with a large seated statue of Lord Shiva. Believed to be a 12th-century shrine, the temple is associated with the Hindu mythical era of the Ramayana.
