Lacy Park, Los Angeles Overview

The 30-acre Lacy Park is located in the centre of the city of San Marino. The park, which was opened in 1925, is well maintained and funded. The park is well known for its arboretum, consisting of various shrubs and trees. The arboretum and the widespread green lawns really help visitors connect with nature and relax. The park also has its own rose garden. Visitors are treated to the beautiful scent of roses and pictures taken in the scenic setting make for beautiful memories. The park has a monument dedicated to General George Patton, a World War II hero, who was a former resident of the city of San Marino.

The park has two walking loops; an inner loop with an approximate length of 0.75 miles and an outer loop approximately 1 mile long. These loops are well paved and are suitable for dog walkers and joggers. The park has multiple picnic benches spread across the park, which makes it an ideal spot for picnics and small social gatherings. The park also has a kids playground. The playground is ADA compliant, making it accessible to children with special needs as well.
