Avalon, one of the most popular nightclubs in Los Angeles, is inside a 1927 historic building. Whereas Avalon nightclub occupies the downstairs of the building, the Bardot nightclub has taken over the upstairs.  Avalon features top DJs as well as rising bands. Artists like Skrillex and DJ Snake had already performed at this club at a time when they weren't so famous. Moreover, coming to the interior of this club, it has a big dance floor along with a stage for bands and DJs. It also has a booth for the VIPs that overlook the entire dance floor.

However, the name of this club changes depending on the day of the day. For instance, every Thursday night, it is TigerHeat and holds gay parties. And Control is during Friday nights. Visit during Saturday nights if you want to catch glimpses of many superstars. But, remember that the waiting line on Saturdays will be longer than usual.

The theme of Station 1640, a bar and dance club, will remind you of the underground subways in New York City.  It is not like your usual nightclubs. The wall contains the work of many renowned graffiti artists of the city, including Eddie Donaldson. Built-in 1942, this historic place is a gothic-inspired club. The interior is dimly lit and consists of a vintage vibe bar, dance club (known as the B52 club), and patio.  In addition, the inside has sky-high ceilings, chandeliers, and ribbon and ballerina dancers on few nights. Meanwhile, their outdoor patio has a fountain and stage that has seen many incredible performers, including fire dancers, ballerinas, metal bands, and electro-goth bands.

The place is best known for hosting the two most epic parties. Bar Sinister held every Saturday night is the most famous one and is going on for over 20 years. And the week begins with Blue Mondays that play '80s jam on the inside room and a rotating theme on the patio.

Being Hollywood's one of the oldest hangout spot, this place has undergone constant changes and growth but has stood the test of time. It has now become a thriving place in contemporary LA.

4. Exchange LA

Established in the 1930s, the building first served as the Stock Exchange of Los Angeles. But after two years of complete renovation, the place has emerged as a lively nightclub and holds events like award shows, premiere parties, fashion shows, and film shoots. It is now a four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1500 guests. Moreover, it features seven full-service bars, outstanding lighting, and sound, along with a massive LED screen display.

It is a go-to nightclub for any lover of electronic dance music. The place doesn't lack pulsing fog machines, laser lights, and house dancers. Although there is a hallway adorned with sofas and an adjoining lounge, all the youngsters go straight to the Trading Floor. It is here where people let loose and dance to the beat of whatever sound the DJ is spinning.

This is why the nightclub exudes the elegance and vibe of New York. In Los Angeles, the club is inside the Key Club-Gazzarri's building on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. The 1 Oak is the short form of 1 Of A Kind. And the club stands true to its name. One unique feature of this club is that it doesn't have any cocktail list. Instead, you can tell any of the many bartenders and mixologists to give whatever you want, and they will prepare it for you. It has enough space for dancing, lounging, and a suitable seating area for people-watching and socializing.
