Kobe Port Tower, Kobe Overview
The red lattice tower shaped like a hand drum reopened in April 2024 after nearly three years shut for earthquake retrofitting, so anything telling you it is closed is out of date. It now has an open-air rooftop deck above the enclosed one at 108 metres. Tickets are timed and dated, so book online rather than turning up. It stays open until eleven at night.
