Q. I am planning to visit Jaisalmer around New Years. Would it be very crowded at that time? Also, are there cafes to just sit and chill?

Jaisalmer's desert safari is conducted around the New Year's. Crowded yes, so book well in advance. About Cafes, Free Tibet is nice to sit and chill.

New year so much crowded but not more then then Diwali time crowded... For good CFE or restaurant so you can search on TripAdvisor

Yes it will be crowded as, you know.., people live there.
And yes,, cafés and restros do allow you to sit there.., keep in mind that you have to actually be there to avail this luxury.

atleast 3 days, 1 day for city visit, one day for sam sand dunes and night programme , and one day for some more sights like- Tanot Mata Mandir, bada bagh, kuldhara etc you can choose anything from t (Read More)hem.

In jaisalmer 2 night is enough for visiting. there in one night for stay in jaisalmer and one night in desert with under the stars and moon
In jaisalmer find a good hotel so you can oyo room and for (Read More)food you can search on TripAdvisor so they can make a good trip for you .
