The Peak Galleria, Hong Kong Overview

Located near Hong Kong's iconic Victoria Peak, the Peak Galleria is a leisure and shopping arcade. Managed by Hang Lung Properties, the Art Deco architectural style landmark stands erected in one of the prime locations in Hong Kong. The Peak Galleria features numerous dining and entertainment options that highlight the quintessential theme of Hong Kong. The prominent attraction is the open-air observation deck on the top floor that offers spectacular views of the Victoria Harbour.

The Peak Galleria officially opened its gates on 5th February 1993. The building was designed in such a manner that it can withstand wind speed up to 270 km/hr. There is an art gallery located here that showcases the art and culture of the region. The exhibits feature work of local designers and provide information from dim sum to Cantonese opera.

A world-class shopping experience awaits at the Peak Galleria. This shopping complex flaunts speciality stores, eateries and fashion outlets spreading across three floors. It offers antiques, fashion accessories, jewellery, books, souvenir gifts, apparels and designer products that showcase Hong Kong’s culture. It also features a convenience store, a supermarket and a kindergarten. In addition, there are several fast food outlets and exotic dining options that are scattered around the complex.

The Peak Galleria has a free-entry open terrace that is snuggled on the top floor of the complex. The Green Terrace is a huge space with small benches where one can sit back and relax after scouring the mall. There are telescopes at vantage points to enjoy the amazing views of the Victoria Harbour, Pok Fu Lam Reservoir and the South China Sea. The terrace has two different entrances - one offers the Victoria Harbour view and the other offers the views of the Reservoir.
