The Crocodile Farm and Zoo has been developed courtesy the undivided interest and efforts of Utai Youngprapakorn, known as the Crocodile King, an established leader in the business of crocodile breeding. Opening its doors to the public for the first time in 1950, the farm is dedicated to protecting the crocodiles and also serves as wildlife education and research centre.
However, the preservation of indigenous species and endangered animals happens to be the main focus of the management here. The farm initially began functioning with a modest number of crocodiles. It is best to watch and feed crocodiles from a safe distance as too much shouting, and noise is sure to make the crocodiles jittery and anxious.
Carrying a good quality camera is a must for photographing the wildlife here.
The brave ones try crocodile meat at the local restaurant within the farm, but it is not recommended due to suspect hygiene.

Crocodile Farm and Zoo is located in the Samut Prakan Province, 10 KM away from Bangkok and is easily accessible by both public and private transportations. Foreign tourists prefer to hire metered taxis that take around 30 minutes to reach it.
