You will find the most random things at Khao San Road. From a fake Harvard degree to stalls selling barbecued scorpions, this place will not fail to surprise you! You can buy tie-dye hippie outfits, sunglasses, shoes, souvenirs, jewellery and much more. Make sure you brush your bargaining skills before coming here as the shopkeepers might try to sell you stuff at a higher price. You can also enjoy traditional Thai food, like the delicious Pad Thai and Thai crepes (Khanom Bueang). If you are not faint of heart, you can also try a bagful of fried insects!
